The place had a friendly, happy vibe. From their Facebook page it appears they occasionally have live entertainment.
Long time family favorite. Place to gather weekly to catch up when we are in town. New owner, Alan is on site regularly and is really down to earth. Congrats on your new endeavor in Erie, Illinois, Alan. Miss ya'.
Our meals were in the $8 range. All the food was served quickly and was delicious. The 65 yr old couple we were with eat there regularly and recommended it for the quality of the food and the very diverse menu.
Our group of four had a mix of food from the sandwich menu, with two having the Smothered Chicken breast sandwich with deep fried portabella mushrooms as a side dish, one had the burger with fries, and I had the Patty Melt sandwich with homemade onion rings as my side dish.
The food and the bartender were great it is a must to stop if you are going threw lyndon crappie some good food and drinks
I love the food great portions for your money I just wish this place would go back to the original French fries that was there before not the beer battered fries just regular cut French fries this is why I quit ordering for myself from there!
We were there about 5 pm on a sunny Sunday afternoon. It seems to be a popular place. The large main room was crowded with people running in ages from 20's to 50s/60s, including a group of about eight Harley riders. There is an additional seating area in another room.
The people are great, the drinks are cheap, and the pizza is absolutely phenomenal. It's a great place to have a drink and relax this friends and family
